Terms and Conditions for the "New Year Lottery"
1. Organizer
This lottery is organized by Aldemar Olympian Village, Pyrgos, Greece (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer").
2. Eligibility
To participate in the lottery:
• Guests must make a confirmed reservation between 10/01/2025 and 31/01/2025 for any stay during the hotel's operating season (May to October 2025).
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of Aldemar Resorts, their immediate family members, and affiliated partners are not eligible to participate.
3. Prizes
The prizes are categorized as follows:
• 1 Grand Prize: A complimentary 3-night stay at Aldemar Olympian Village for 2 guests in a Double Room Garden View on an All-Inclusive basis (excluding stays during Super High Season).
• 3 Dining Experience Prizes: An upgraded dining experience during the winner's stay.
• 5 Exclusive Gifts: Premium Aldemar Olympian Village merchandise.
4. Draw Date and Winner Notification
• The lottery draw will take place on 03/02/2025.
• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.
• All prize winners will be notified via the email address provided during their reservation process.
5. Prize Redemption and Conditions
• The Grand Prize stay must be redeemed during the hotel's 2025 operating season (May to October 2025). Reservations are subject to availability and cannot include stays during the Super High Season.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
